An Evening on the Patio

We spent our first evening of the year out on the patio! Today, July 1st,  the sun finally came out for the whole day! I think this means it's actually going to feel like summer this holiday weekend! It's supposed to be in the 80's and beautiful for the fourth of July. I personally don't think it was a terrible June (especially compared to last year's fire in the fireplace on June 27th) but many people have complained that it's been just too wet! Thanks to all that rain we have lots of flowers to enjoy and this evening we finally took a few minutes to relax outside with a glass of wine....
