Happy New Year!

The Christmas tree has been removed and decorations have been packed away for another year. This time they've been neatly organized, labeled, and stacked in the garage ready for our midwinter project (garage clean out!)  The scent of the Noble Fir has been replaced with eucalyptus and beautiful pink roses to match.
I'm ready for a fresh new year to begin!

So much to be grateful for and look forward to this year......first up our fifth anniversary which we will be able to celebrate in the United Arab Emirates and Oman! And when we get back hopefully, we can start the adoption process. Baby McNally, wherever you are, we're coming for you...maybe this year, maybe next. We'll see what God has in store for our family. I look forward to helping my community as a librarian, as an Altrusan, and as a member of our church. We wish all of our friends and family a new year filled with hope, love, health, and joy!

May you always have walls for the winds,
a roof for the rain, tea beside the fire,
laughter to cheer you, those who love near you,
and all that your heart may desire.
